Waiver and Release of Liability
By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this event (the "Activity") involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical or psychological injury, illness, paralysis, death, damages, or economic or emotional loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Activity, including travel to and from the event.
2. Release and Waiver
In consideration for the right to participate in the Activity, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Activity.
I hereby release and forever discharge Coaster Crew (1742 Plantation Oak Dr., Orlando, FL 32824), and its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns from any and all liability for any physical or psychological injury, illness, death, damages, or economic or emotional loss that I may suffer as a direct or indirect result of my participation in the Activity.
3. Cancellation Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to attend before submitting payment.
By submitting this registration form, I certify that I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
